Nov 15,2023I'm so pleased with how my home has been transformed by new blinds from Stoneside. First Melanie listened to my ideas, and then made great suggestions for style and color. Beautiful! Then Joe did a meticulous job of installing, adapting to uneven woodwork measurements of old construction. He had a friendly and professional presence, and went above and beyond, advising me on simple solutions for a household repair in his spare moments. Nov 14,2023The test of a company is their response when things go wrong. A few weeks back one of the cellular shades was noted to be damaged at installation. The installer Jerry immediately took a picture while it was still partially in the package. The company immediately made things right. Ordered a new shade which was installed today. High marks to this company. I am glad to support those who stand behind their product!

Nov 13,2023I can definitely recommend this company. When we decided to change the interior of the house, we didn't immediately find Stoneside. We also contacted other companies, but they could not satisfy us and give us what we wanted. Then we turned to Stoneside and then the designer Meloni was able to quickly and efficiently select several options for us. She has great taste and is really good at her job. They also helped us set everything up. We were satisfied with the services of this company.

Nov 10,2023From the start of the process to the very end, we have had excellent service from Michelle and Ryan at Stoneside. We were pretty indecisive on what we wanted for shades in our house and Michelle really helped us nail down what we actually needed and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't truly need in the house. We appreciated her honestly. She also helped us pick out the perfect colors and took the time to really nail down our palate. Ryan helped do the entire installation and came out many times to help us with our motorized blinds. They're very fast, friendly and make sure you're getting 100% for all your needs. We highly recommend them to anybody.

Nov 04,2023Rebecca Diamond, my design consultant, was experienced and knowledgeable in advising me of the pros and cons of various textures and colors for the lighting conditions in the rooms where I wanted the transitional shades installed. Her professionalism, courtesy and patience were impressive, especially for someone as picky as me! Edgardo, my installer, went above and beyond in patiently ensuring that my shades fit and operated perfectly, and explained how to operate them in detail. The alignment of the shade slats was a little off, so I appreciate that Stoneside made me new ones that only took less than a month until they were ready. Edgardo again carefully re-installed them and helped me to hook up my Somfy app to control them on my phone. It has been many years since I have been this pleased with the customer service of a company. Also, Caleb and Ashley in customer service were outstanding. Thank you, Stoneside, for making my life just a little better and I am sure I will enjoy my shades for many years to come!

Nov 04,2023I needed 20-foot-high loft blinds that exactly matched the one I had before it broke down, as I had matching ones next to it. I was having trouble finding this, but fortunately, Rebecca came over and was able to do exactly that. Installation scheduling took maybe a week or two longer than I would have liked, but Carlos did an excellent, quick job of it, and a few weeks later I'm happy with how it all worked out.

Knowledgeable, and patient, she had ideas and fabrics to stimulate ideas, since initially I couldn't picture what window coverings would work best in my new home. It was a wonderful experience. I met Joseph Bach who came to remeasure before finalizing my order. He too was knowledgeable and shared details, wanting to get the fitting and cord positioning... just right. It has truly changed the rooms in my home, both beautiful and efficient. I so enjoyed this process because these two were professional and the experience very positive.
