All aspects have been more than great. The installer (John I believe) was prompt, polite and efficient. Replacement shades were up and done quickly, old ones were disposed of. The new shades are great and a pleasure to use (replaced some broken ones). Each employee I have dealt with has been excellent.

Stoneside is exceptionally professional, with employees who are not only considerate in manner but have a loving attention to detail. Reba never tried to influence or persuade me to make my choice. Instead, she laid bare the quality and effect of the product and I was sold. It was a pleasure to have John as the installer. Even though we kept our require distance, we held discussions while he worked, listening to the soccer game on TV. He is exciting and diligent in his business. After the installation, I cannot stop looking at my windows, feeling proud that I made the right decision for our home. My wife is happy and that gained me some more love.
