Feb 09,2022Sad that I must write a review. I am from Botswana and have tried by all means to buy an ESAB 205ic welder. Not available anywhere near me. I found Cyberweld online and have filled the online contact page several times. I have tried to email info@cyberworld many times, no response. I say sad because I am about to give up on my dream machine. It is very expensive for me to import this machine as we have high duties and taxes, so understand that I must really want it to go to this extreme. I hope someone at cyberworld will see this review and possibly will try to make contact. I have found a way that I can order from USA using a courier with an USA address, so it will be a USA transaction with PayPal checkout. Please help.

Feb 09,2022Delay in shipping from damages then delayed on the replacement parts I did leave an email with customer service I understand it was the shipper but the packages should be properly packaged for liquids And a newer service lady said overnight delivery so we had an employee here for even Saturday Communication Communication with the shipping department!!!!!

Jan 31,2022Ordered a filter kit for my welder paid for express shipping their website said in stock and weeks went buy and I never received my order so i called to see what’s going on and the lady explained that they have been on back order for quite a while. A call. An email. Out of stock on their website??? Any heads up would of been great so I could get my oil changed on time “was working 7 12’s night shift” They sure do like to send emails about other sh!t tho. Waiting for my filters I got a generic email every day to do a Survey to rate their products the products I never received. The order was canceled and this has been a couple months and they are still emailing me adds a few times a week and surveys about costumer satisfaction so here’s mine

Also, I follow up with Zury this week and she said she will email me when your office will receive back the items. Thank you very much for the great customer service and I appreciate so much for all the help! I might get hold for the payment as I am waiting for the border to ease up hopefully this coming February to get back my stuff as I need it on March for my welding class. NOTE: (The charges are already on my mastercard that I have to pay and I will check and call them tomorrow as I cannot get my Cyberweld delivery yet until I will request your good office to send me back when the border is okay for non essential travel.)
