There was nothing on the site when I ordered about a delay in shipping or not having the unit in stock until after I paid. Called Customer service, now they are saying 1-2 weeks. Fast to take my order and money, but wasnt clear about how long it will take. Still waiting for item, TBD.

Then they followed up with progress of my order so I always knew the status. Most importantly, my order was shipped to me undamaged. This is the exception in my experience not the norm. Prices were the best I could find, they had the quality brands I was looking for and great customer service. That is a winning combination and I will be back.

Jan 20,2022Excellent products, price and delivery. Their online software was cumbersome as follows; Added first item to cart and no easy way to continue shopping. had to close out and start again. One item was back ordered, but the software did not indicate that the in-stock item would not ship till the other item was in stock. Instead it just stated not yet shipped. Had to call to have the in-stock item shipped. poor software.
