May 23,2023Absolutely outstanding, the new Ryzen VPS is the most powerful VPS I have ever seen in the 7 years of dealing with companies. I have always been treated well here, and given quick support (only 1 time I needed it in more then a year of being a customer here). The service is always up, very few occasions were there downtime, and that was usually out of their hands. Overall great experience here!

May 14,2023I have used this company for several years, I must say they are great. They will work with you if you have issues and the management will treat you like you guys know each other personally. This company has 99.9% uptime, only downtime being when they are upgrading things to make it better for us. They have very good prices, best on the market for what you get if you ask me, you spend $14 a month for what some companies will charge ya $30+. Don't be a fool, get storm hosting today!

Mar 15,2022I have had great service with SSH. They have always helped with my issues, upgraded what I needed, and have had fun with everyone in SSH. The pricing is great and if you find something cheaper with the same specs, they price match that plus 10% off of that!

Oct 22,2021Okay so I did have some positives and negatives from Storm Server Hosting. The main negatives I ran into with the company is how it is run, it feels like it's run by a kid (Jared) and I really do hate to say it. During the process of a VPS transfer from one account to another he kept stating that it's really hard and that if he got staff in my discord server it might transfer faster. Once he got access into the VPS to set up the transfer he proceeded to look through the files on the VPS while in a discord call with other people that aren't staff in the call which is a breach of privacy. One of his staff members then proceeded to read out my full name and city out in the discord channel. Granted that staff member has since been let go and the VP (Shelbeh) has been doing an amazing job at trying to calm the waters but the fact that both my personal information and the data that's stored on the service was breached to the public by Jared is inexcusable. If anything Shelbeh should be running this company. Final Rating: Professionalism: 1/10 Support: 3/10 Jared: 0/10 Shelbeh: 10/10 Storm Server Hosting as a whole: 1/10

Oct 04,2021Charles, Jared, and Dallas were on point as soon as I opened my ticket to purchase service. They asked all the correct questions and made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it to be before going onto the next step. Setup was extremely fast after payment was made. I would recommend using their service to anyone I know in need of hosting options. The fact that the president of the company stepped up and interacted directly with me as a customer speaks volumes to me and I will continue to be a customer of their for the foreseeable future. I will also be purchasing hosting for my website once I am ready to set that up.

Aug 19,2021I'm not sure where to start, first the customer service is amazing, they treat you like family at Storm Server Hosting, and are very fast with their responses. I have a VPS I rent from Storm Server Hosting and it's amazing!! Runs very fast and smooth, and even IF there's any issues with the VPS, anyone on the support team is willing to help just about instantly! I give a tremendous amount of props to Jared, the Owner of Storm Server Hosting for being so interactive with his customers too!!

The specs are exceptional; the virtual private server runs smoothly without lag, crashes, or the usual issues I've encountered with other providers. I highly recommend it!
