Feb 03,2021Have had a few issues getting started with the VPS in the beginning, but that being said, the customer support of this company is amazing! They literally sit in Voice Calls with you until you are done and set up! It speaks a lot when the owner helps out a lot too and is very active with his community/customers! 10/10 on everything. The prices are fair and I feel the hardware (depending on what your going to use it for) is completely worth it.

Feb 03,2021I could give this company as many reviews as I want, but it still wouldn’t show how grateful I am, the support from zeta and the team is amazing, and the fact that he goes out of his way to help other people out in times of need is phenomenal. Thank you guys for everything you do!

Feb 02,2021I've personally known @Jared L. for about a year n a half and I have he has always been helpful and caring and a good friend I have. The support team is very quick at finding your issue and helping you every step of the way. The vps is very fast and great for what I do with it. Multiple locations to choose and very flexible on some stuff. The service is great hardly any downtime and compensations are always given. I hight recommend getting a VPS from storm, you will not regret it. Not only are you a customer you are also family here, i seen Jared L. handout money to pay peoples gas bills, food bills for the week, internet bills and so much more, best hosting provider of 2021.

Feb 06,2021Wow, I have never had so much of a great experience with a hosting company. 10/10 to Jared and Shelby they explained everything that I asked and didn’t start getting annoyed after a few questions like other hosting companies. They explained everything very professionally to me in a timely manner. Will be here for as long as I need hosting. Very affordable aswell.
