Shaped Glass If your ceramic stove glass is shaped e.g. a corner is cut or it has an arch, it is recommended that you make a template of your stove glass. Email or post it to us and we will be able to cut your glass to the specific shape for your wood burning or multi fuel stove. Please ensure all dimensions are clearly displayed around the outer edge.
Fitting Replacement Stove Glass Remember when fitting the stove glass that you do not over tighten the screws. Do not use fire cement either, as this will cause the stove glass to crack.

I phoned the company on 5/1/22, explained the problem, and they sent a replacement with no quibble which arrived the next day. So they got 4 stars instead of 5. I would definitely use them again.
