Shaped Glass If your ceramic stove glass is shaped e.g. a corner is cut or it has an arch, it is recommended that you make a template of your stove glass. Email or post it to us and we will be able to cut your glass to the specific shape for your wood burning or multi fuel stove. Please ensure all dimensions are clearly displayed around the outer edge.
Fitting Replacement Stove Glass Remember when fitting the stove glass that you do not over tighten the screws. Do not use fire cement either, as this will cause the stove glass to crack.

Upon reporting the issue to their customer service team I was appalled to be told that essentially it was my fault. The previous glass in my stove door lasted 15+years and immediately I was worried about the quality of this product when it was considerably thinner then the previous glass. I'm sorry to say I cannot recommend this business on account of their poor product quality and disappointing customer service.

Dec 18,2020Quick and reliable. The stove glass came within a few days. (As a comparison, three weeks later we're still waiting for the glass from their competitor with the hyphen in the name.) Actually, the glass was too big, but I assume that we sent the wrong measurements. Unless we were meant to measure the aperture size rather than the actual glass size? I had to take it to be cut down by a local glazier, who said the glass cut beautifully after a single swipe of a glass cutter pen type thing.
