I am able to reach out to them for guidance with both clinical and clerical questions. Strategies offers free CEU’s and does quarterly staff meetings to discuss any changes. As a contractor, I am in control of how large my caseload is. I am so grateful to be a part of this team.

I have worked for, and observed other ABA companies for years where the focus is the quantity of clients, versus the quality of services. Being part of a team of Behavior Analysts (including the "higher ups" and owner of the company) brings a sense of integrity, and again relief that enables me to focus on my clients and their needs as opposed to irrelevant metrics.
