Jun 21,2016Flights were fine and good. The hostel booking had us for three different rooms and did not put us in the "females only" like we had asked. We are 18, 19 and 20 and all young female first time travellers. We had wanted the female only share room so we had peace of mind to sleep.

She also took into account ease of transport links , as well as close to sight seeing .We gave her a budget which ended up very close to what we wanted to spend . Jun 21,2016It took 3 weeks for a refund from a flight valued at $2500 that I payed twice due to the fact apparently my b-pay didn't go though, and it did and if I didn't pay on the day the offer was invalid, therefore I payed by credit card! Very poor service after 4 phone calls, 2 emails and 2 store enquiries. Finally received my refund 2 days before leaving for my trip! Extremely stressful experience and lesson learnt

I've booked 3 trips through Student Flights so far and always get a better deal than what I've researched on the Internet and they are easily able to accommodate requests like short layovers.

Jun 20,2016I had a lovely experience in booking my flight and help with any concerns. I had some difficult ideas and needed help to change my plans a few times. The staff were lovely and helpful however I almost ended up at the airport without any confirmation of my booking. I was trying to keep the trip a secret from my partner as a surprise and asked to be emailed through my mother. Due to the stress of lying and planning I didn't not realise until 12am the night before my 6am flight that I had not yet been emailed my eticket. I then had to be on the phone to Virgin and delta to straighten it out to then call student flights and be sent my eticket. Everything was fine in the end but it was quite stressful at the last minute.
