Jul 04,2016Agent needs to be more than a booking device, customer needs insightful knowledgeable experience and assistance. Answering questions with, "Ï don't know " or "I am not sure" are not what we are looking for. We may as well wing it on the web. Maybe have a London expert, a Scotland expert, a china stop over expert so the rep in the store can call on the regional travel technician for detailed information. Staff tried her best, but with support she could have been outstanding, and that is what you should be striving to be.
