Jan 05,2021Stephen Perrin is a consummate professional who embraced our refurbishment with the skill and vigour that one hopes for when embarking on a life changing and expensive endeavour that creating one’s perfect home is. He was available for consultation whenever required and provided thoughtful and interesting solutions to address our needs. I would add that Stephen’s particular strengths are in the nitty gritty of planning, engineering, dealing with building regulations and the minutiae of keeping contractors on track. I enjoyed immensely the opportunity to work with him and highly recommend him to anyone in search of an A-grade architect.

Sep 22,2020Hand on heart I can say that Stephen's professionalism, knowledge and eye for detail are exceptional. He is very creative and extremely dedicated. Saying that he goes the extra mile doesn't quite do it justice. He managed every aspect of a very difficult project from start to finish over 10 months; always available to speak, he quickly became my trusted adviser in all matters related to the project. His input has been extremely valuable and his eye for detail has saved us a huge amount of stress. I have already asked him to take on another project and have passed on his details to a family friend. I would strongly recommend him to anyone that may benefit from his services

Sep 22,2020We wanted to renovate part of our Victorian house which was suffering the effects of years of neglect and poor decisions. Stephen took control of the whole project, identifying the most suitable and sensitive materials/methods to mitigate damp in an old house, and taking time to understand what we wanted to achieve. He was readily contactable and provided an extremely reassuring presence, from the start of the project through to completion. We could never have undergone the process without the knowledge and experience of someone like Stephen, so we are very glad we used his services! Would highly recommend.
