Jun 08,2019Our experience with Suite Home should be divided into two parts: the pre-move in process (awful) and the post move-in process (wonderful). The sales reps were hard to get answers from, kept getting dates and dollar amounts confused, and hadn't even communicated to the building that we were moving in when we showed up to get our keys. However, once we got in, the place was clean and had everything we needed and the staff was very responsive to questions and concerns. We would use Suite Home again, in an instant, with the understanding that the "front of the house" just isn't so great.

Jun 03,2019Nice Property, nice location, staff is pretty responsive on most things. Downside, cleaning service not great, and they don't use their own supplies. Furniture is basic, uncomfortable (sofa). Also, no info on activities in building like when the pool opens, etc. The building won't give info to you since you are renting from Suite Home, and you don't get anything from Suite Home either. I asked and they sent something once, then nothing. For this much money, I would expect better.

Jun 01,2019Great location, friendly staff and good amenities. In terms of what could be improved was the internet service in my room wasn’t working properly (I keep getting disconnected) and the housekeeping skipped one of the Mondays where they were supposed to clean my room every week. Other than these two, no major or minor issues. The room had everything I needed during my 1-month stay there and of course a great view of Chicago. I would recommend Aqua temp housing to everyone. Thank you,

Jun 01,2019Excellent location and property. View was stunning and the place was very clean and comfortable. Great for two couples with plenty of space. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend staying with Suite Home. They provide first class service and are very professional. Will stay with them again next time we are in Chicago.

Jun 08,2019Suite Home Chicago accommodated is on such short notice that it was truly amazing they were able to reserve the beautiful unit that they did at Marquee. Their customer service is phenomenal! I would recommend anyone that needs assistance in reserving a corporate apartment either for business or personal use, reach out to Suite Home Chicago!
