Apr 08,2023Customer service was horrible my money was stolen lack of communication and understanding I was told $137 not knowing this was a loan that I had pay on top of Hyundai salesman took and additional $160 cash did not render my receipt and charged my account double gave ya $297.plus tax I was overcharged paid out more than I should even your supervisor was poor in attitude same day Dispute with Hyundai services poor service John Merrill over charged my checking account on top of took $160. and did not give me a receipt for my cash but debit my account for more than he should have I was charged $504 but purchase amt was $344.81

Apr 06,2023As a dental office I offer Sunbit as a financing option. Unfortunately, their interest rates are now completely absurd for longer term financing. A patient was quoted 26.99% today on a 12k case. Unfortunately, she needs a LOT of work. I went on their website and it states that the interest rates vary from 0%-35.99%. The only way you will get 0% is for short term financing (say 12 months) on smaller amounts...and the service provider is who pays the interest to the finance company...they don't loan money for free. However, if someone needs longer financing..say 2-4 years..look out..26.99% seems to be the average. I talked to a representative who couldn't (or wouldn't) simply tell me what the best rate they offer someone under ideal conditions for say a 36 month loan was. How could he not know that basic information? Long story short..I'm canceling this method of patient financing...no one is going to agree to those absurd interest rates and its embarrassing to even present it as an option.

Apr 09,2023Once I heard about Sunbit and the program they offer. I decided to give it a try and I was very please with the ease of the process. Sunbit's selection of repayment options I felt was just right for me at the time. If you own a Mercedes, Like I do, then you are aware of the high expense of repairs and Sunbit was there when I needed them. Great Job Sunbit!
