Jan 11,2025I called in pertaining to login issues, after being continously holds by employee Jasmine for 35 minutes, she made the problem even worse. I then asked for her supervisor and she threatened to disconnect the phone call. I then demanded to speak to supervisor because I had Jasmines name. Eventually Narda did get on line and had no clue about the issue and I had to start all over. Wasted another 30 minutes and NO solution. Loser and incompetent employees.

Dec 24,2024If I could rate sunbit cero I would Terrible company. It’s been 2 years since I’ve been in a fight with modern dental clinic in Wellington after paying thousands of dollars for a set of crown my wife never received. Sunbit did nothing to help me get out this bad deal. Instead we are being hounded by sun bit legal team claiming we owe them for the work well where are the crowns ? We have 100 percent proof that this service wasn’t rendered. Yet sunbit took the merchants side and completely side lined us their customer . Basically was in on the scam ! Terrible loan company. Shady practices! Robbed us ! Will be filling a formal complaint with department of state ! Hope they can get your attention once we provide the new dentist report on the so called crowns you sold us ! Wow they magically disappeared from my wives mouth ! What a joke !

I was very doubtful about being able to get any dental work done, regardless of how bad I needed it. However, I reluctantly applied for help with Submit. I sent an email the same time I called to see if that’s better, they responded 2 days later!!!!!!! Trash customer service!! All the 5 star reviews are FAKE
