I thought they're great - super simple and easy! Great customer service. I wish they would wait to close the loan until the system is operating instead of when it's installed, though.

I was introduced to Sungage by my solar installer and I am extremely pleased with how easy and quick the initial approval process is. In addition, the low fixed rates, The deferred principle and interest until you receive the tax credit and the ability to reduce the payment by making a minimum $2500.00 payment. There is so much flexibility and advantages to financing through Sungage.

There was a lot of information given at the time of sale. And all the paperwork is done via email. Technology is a wonderful thing, but would really prefer a more hands on approach. It’s a lot on the consumer’s plate to absorb and take care of. Emails get missed or not seen at all. The tax forms needed for this year did not come until after I’d already filed my taxes. Now, I have to file an amendment, which is easy enough, but frustrated that the forms weren’t here by 31 January. Maybe your customers could be given the option of paper.
