Overall the experience with Sunguard was great. They are well organized, communication is good, very professional, and the financing plan is well structured. The only issue I had was trying to get a copy of my original finance application document. This wasn't a huge deal but just something I would have liked to have to complete my records.

I am very happy with my solar and the installers were great! however the customer support needs.improvment. I received little to no communication unless I contacted them first. more than once I was promised something would take a certain amount of time only to have twice that much time gone by with out any communication or updates as a result my instalation was delayed by a few months.

The streamlined process and the fact it can all be done from home around wherever you are on your computer is very convenient. Also nice people to help when you need assistance. Communication with all parties involved also made a project that could be stressful much easier.

Will Wei used and electrician to change my breaker panel and he overloaded the circuit breakers and we have to keep going to the basement to keep flipping the switch. I am afraid of electrical fires in my house. He said he will send the guy back to correct it and electrician came and he refused to fix it. I have been trying to reach Will and it seems like his phone is unattended for few days now. I am concerned and I am getting ready to go the city to get help.

The experience from the broker to the solar installers. Financing, with Sun Gage, I'm talking about everything. Even communication provided by email, it was flawless. I enjoyed having every step email to me. Due to being very busy all the time, I enjoyed how easy it was to set up an account. How easy it was. To look at all the documentation, everything was so fluid. Everything was in sync with every party. During the process, I have recommended send Gage to a few of my known associates as well as family to hopefully think of some gauge as a financing partner in the near future or Hopefully soon on any project that they have for their home or life.
