Aug 20,2022Sungage is unique in that it has an excellent customer service office. I had a question about releasing the funds to the contractor due to part of the contract not being completed at that time. I have an appointment for completion of the contract however, the main part of the contract was completed, awaiting county inspection. The following day, I received a response from the CSR to wit: the response was worded in a way that was unmistakably adult, concise and very understandable. Also, I had just received the awaited inspection. I responded approving the payment of the installation of my solar panels. Sungage is a great company to work with.
