Feb 18,2024I was forces to sign a loan application to get the solar installed. Everyone involved knew I intended to pay all but the non interest bearing portion of the bill with a credit card. After signing the application, I never received a copy of the document until the solar installation was completed. At that time I learned the interest bearing portion, had become a loan and I could not pay the interest bearing portion with a credit card, I was pissed!! Your only saving grace was some of your service representatives. I will not do business with your company again and will express my opinion when asked.
