May 20,2022From start to finish, the team made the process somewhat seamless. This was the first time I have heard of Sungage Financial and so, I was very skeptic. However, I took a leap of faith and was given a rather large credit line; at a time when, I really did not want to touch my credit. As, it could affect the things I was working on. The fact that they did a soft pull was icing on the cake. As for the interest rate and terms, these all made it worth wile.

May 20,2022My dealings with Sungage Financial, thus far, have been very good. The woman who originally phoned me was cheerful, friendly, and sounded like a normal nice person instead of having the kind of "bank attitude" that I almost expect from financial institutions. I, after reviewing my loan document, had one question, and so I called and spoke with another person, and he was straightforward, helpful, gave me a clear answer / explanation in a generally friendly manner. (He did not act like I was stupid, yay!) I've had a few emails from Sungage that have been clear with easy-to-follow instructions. And then, I received an email saying that they would be adjusting the wording in the names of sections in their loan documents, in order to be less confusing. That was nice, as it seemed almost a direct response to my confusion about the loan document, and indeed would have the effect of helping to clear up my confusion. Everything so far has been smooth going, easy, with an encouraging and helpful attitude. In general, a very good experience with Sungage.

May 18,2022The installation of solar panels took forever and the inspection took even longer. The poor grade is not for that reason. A monthly payment was taken out prior to getting them working and I was informed a refund was in place. Well, I’m still waiting for a status update on when that will happen and every time I call my rep, I don’t get a callback within the 48 business hours the voicemail says. Hoping this wrong is fixed and it’s the only bump on the road as I haven’t even started with my contract. Really don’t want to regret this.

May 17,2022I was told what my payment was going to be and then about 30 days letter I got a notice, because someone had made a mistake, not me, filling out the paperwork that I now owed more on the payment. When I was doing Real Estate if I made a mistake making out the paperwork and everyone had signed I had to eat the mistake. Thirty days is a long time to find a mistake and then pass it on to the customer.

When they said somebody’s coming with name tags and mark vehicles they always arrived as stated. So happy with their job performance and professionalism I recommended them to my for her solar needs. Special thanks to Alex Apilado, Nidia Perez, Christian, Thomas/Tom and everyone else who contributed in the installation process. And of course, I mentioned about the conduit the runs the electrical wires to the roof not painted and Alex assured me it will be painted to blend with the house paint before the final inspection.
