Like many others. Timescale of redress is unacceptable. Took lower offer to end the 12 months of phone calls and emails. Could have got an extra 1k. But honestly had enough. Will get the standard reply of 30 days etc etc. Not great at all

Reasonably fast process for filling in the details combined with a very fast decision process and then receiving funds in just 15 minutes made it very quick and easy overall. It's excellent that you can open a new account, provide details and receive funds outside 'regular' business hours and even at weekend.

Overall very disappointed with sunny complaints team. I submitted an unaffordable loans compliant, they rejected this. The FOS agreed they were unaffordable and you have only partially agreed with there request for you to put it right in refunding selected loans. The monetary value between the different is less than £200 so hardly a large amount of money. It’s horrible that you’re not willing to properly right your wrongs.
