Waiting for my redress settlement. Very quick to take money but not so when they are having to pay back money! They have around 2 weeks left to pay me and if they don’t then I will withdraw from the settlement and go straight to the FOS and trust me you’ll be paying a hell of a lot more!!! I did email about a query in which I haven’t heard anything back. Dreadful company do NOT use........
