May 17,2022Wat een geweldige service nadat er wat dingen fout gingen. De stokken die meegeleverd waren pasten niet. Een fijne medewerker bracht ons nieuwe stokken. Toen we de stokken in de tunnels deden zagen we helaas een los stiksel waardoor er een gat van ongeveer 20 cm in zat. Helaas weer moeten bellen, en de medewerker kwam met een ander zeil. Hij hielp mee om de stokken in de tent te schuiven, en tot onze verbijstering hadden ze een tunnel dicht genaaid waardoor de stokken er niet door konden. Hoeveel pech kun je hebben. De medewerker heeft het stiksel los gemaakt en we kunnen hem nu gebruiken, maar mocht de tent binnen een jaar gaan scheuren daardoor dan krijgen we een nieuwe. Het bedrijf Sunny tent verdient een zeer warme douche. Hoewel deze tent kleiner lijkt (,omdat hij niet op de grond valt) doen we het ermee en zijn we blij met de goede service. Fam.Kremers

May 17,2022Le principe en soit est génial, le visuel est à discuter (après tout ce n'est qu'une bâche au même titre qu'une serre agricole) en revanche ce qui est à déplorer c'est tout simplement la qualité des matériaux. En effet, les fixations des arceaux est je trouve un peu faiblarde compte tenue de la taille de la tente (XL me concernant). Le remplacement se fait heureusement sans grand encombre (et sans démontage complet) mais il faut régulièrement faire attention lors de l'usage quotidien. Les points forts : - Sécurité, les enfants n'ont pas accès à la piscine sans la présence d'un adulte - de l'eau beaucoup plus propre et donc moins de traitement et filtration, donc une belle économie de produit en tout genre - une eau chaude nettement plus rapide (nous somme le 17 Mai et l'eau est déjà à 24/25 en fin de journée) - SAV et envoi rapide Les points faibles : - fragilité des arceaux (plus précisément des fixation des arceaux) - attention à l'ouverture lors des grandes chaleurs car la "toile" peu se souder à elle même - les fixations au sol sont un peu juste pour un lieu un peu venteux, je vais y ajouter des fixation inox afin de palier au problème En résumé : à conseiller aux personnes consciencieuse et un peu bricoleuse

May 17,2022Impossible de monter ce dôme, les connecteurs se désolidarise des arceaux après l'assemblage. J'ai suivi à la lettre les instructions de la notice ainsi que le tuto mis en ligne par le constructeur. J'attend une réponse du SAV pour connaitre le type de colle que je pourrais utiliser pour réunir les arceaux avec les connecteurs.

May 16,2022J'ai reçu la sunnytent 5 jours après la commande en deux fois. D'abord les arceaux, ensuite la bâche. Il faut deux personnes pour la monter. Elle chauffe extrêmement bien la piscine. Je suis en Normandie et la piscine chauffe pour le moment à 25 degré et nous ne sommes pas encore en été. Je suis très contente de mon achat.

May 16,2022Pakket goed en intijds ontvangen. Opvolging en verzending zijn perfect. We hadden reeds een zelfde sunny tent die 7 jaar is meegegaan. We waren super blij met de vorige tent. We merken dat bij de nieuwe tent een andere, dunnere plasticfolie is gebruikt. Ook de schroefharingen zijn van dunnere makelij. We hopen dat deze tent eveneens minstens 7 jaar meegaat. De vernieuwde tentstokken vind ik dan weer een verbetering, geen metalen delen dus geen roestvorming, dat is waarschijnlijk een bonus. Duidelijk instructie boekje is ook een bonus. Snelle installatie, we waren met 4 man om de klus te klaren.

May 13,2022I bought my large round Sunnytent last Autumn, when it was on offer, as I wanted to extend my swimming season. It was great value for money, and delivery very speedy. Assembly was a little tricky, probably as the channels for the pole were of course new, and therefore flat, so inserting the poles was quite a challenge, but we got there! All was fine until we had an unexpected storm overnight and I found myself in the garden in howling winds and rain at 4am rescuing my Sunnytent as it tried to fly away! This caused some damage and broke a few connectors - had the storm been forecast I would have taken the tent down. I'm actually surprised that there wasn't more damage. I reassembled the Sunnytent about 4 weeks ago, and this time around it was far easier. I'd recommend when you come to put the poles onto the anchor, putting the connectors onto the anchor pegs first, then popping the poles onto them - this is actually much easier than doing it the other way around, as per the instructions! Now I'm using the tent in slightly more temperate weather, I can get a much better idea of how well it works. Even though we have had some frosts and cold mornings down to 2 degrees, the water temp stays higher than you'd expect, and recently through several days of rain, cloud and temps around 15, the pool has stayed consistently warm at around 18 degrees. I also really love the privacy the tent affords, as well as the way it keeps the water cleaner than regular pool covers which always blow about. To sum up, I am delighted with my Sunnytent, and would recommend it to anyone with a pool.

May 20,2022Het is op de site niet duidelijk dat de stokken van het oude type zijn. De oude van de tent heb ik specifiek vervangen vanwege roestvorming ivm het zoute water.
