Mar 26,2022J ai commandé une bâche L+. D abord j ai reçu une bâche abîmée et même déchirée à un endroit ? Bizarre pour un produit neuf ? Puis reçu une bâche trop grande(Xl) , la troisième est peut être la bonne mais je n ai pas su vérifier car deux mois après la commande initiale la météo n était plus aux beaux jours pour pouvoir installer la Sunnytent ! Bref très déçu de leur service, qui de plus n a pas l air de savoir exactement ce que doit contenir comme pièces les différentes sunnytent L+ et XL

Mar 25,2022An excellent bit of kit! Excellent service from sunnytent to purchase and speedy delivery. It’s definitely a 2 man job to erect but the videos online were very helpful. My only frustration is that when I brought the oval tent it did not say it wasn’t suitable in windy times and since we erected the tent the wind has be strong resulting in 2 rips that I’ve fixed with tape, I’ve since brought the middle support and this has certainly helped. On another positive the pool heat pump has hardly been on the sun heats the pool and it’s so pleasant when you get out the pool.

Mar 25,2022A bannir en taille XL se déforme les manchons en fibre de verre se déboîte … une catastrophe. Nous avons eu le SAV peu aimable et devait nous renvoyer des tiges !!! Ça fait plus d’un an qu’on attends … passez votre chemin.

Mar 17,2022Je suis déçu, j'avais lu et vu beaucoup de chose sympa sur la sunny tent, je l'ai acheté et j'avais déjà été un peu déçu de ne pas recevoir de plan d'installation, de devoir chercher sur youtube une vidéo, ma sunny tent n'as jamais pu être mise à plat, mais bon .. il y a peu .. un des fixation en plastique qui maintient les barre dans la tente à ceder et en cassant, ca a casser une autre, et celle-ci à trouvé un peu la bache.. j'ai du acheter des embout qui m'ont couté aussi cher que la livraison.. et le montage a été encore plus fastidieux car les embouts ne tiennent pas entre eux.. comment sortir un bout de plastique au milieu de la tente.. Bref.. j'avoue que je regrette un peu mon investissement seulement quelques mois après son achat

Feb 17,2022We bought our Sunny Tent back in Dec 2018. Transaction was easy. Put it up in the following Spring. We actually only used it in the garden as a shelter for outdoor dining - it worked perfectly and looked lovely with fairy lights and bunting (yes - very girly but even my husband said how nice it looked!!) Unfortunately last year, the poles had rusted and several snapped (was always folded down in a storm). I want to order new poles but the reviews regarding FedEx issues is putting me off at the moment. Hopefully these glitches will be sorted and we can enjoy the Sunny Tent again this year.

Mar 27,2022Passez votre chemin, achetée n'a pas tenu une saison sans problème. Les connecteurs sont très fragile et casse facilement, ne résiste pas au vent et la bâche est très appréciée des souris. Très très déçu de cette achat.
