Oct 03,2021Wir haben das Zelt seit Sommer 2021 und waren eigentlich sehr zufrieden damit. Letzte Woche war es leicht windig und das halbe Zelt ist auseinander gefallen. Wir haben es wieder zusammen gebaut und erneut aufgebaut. Diese Nacht war es etwas windiger Böen bis 50 k/mh, das Ende vom Lied das Zelt ist komplett Schrott und kann nach einem halben Jahr Nutzung in den Müll. Die neu gepflanzte Hecke hat es auch zerstört, der Schaden beläuft sich mit Zelt auf 1500€. Fazit das Zelt ist nicht wie angegeben Windbeständig, und für das was man bekommt viel zu teuer.

Sep 29,2021De tent staat, maar de kwaliteit vinden wij matig. Haringen hebben wij vervangen voor grotere en aan de binnenkant van de tent zit een coating die slijmerige plekken geeft. Snelle levering was top, maar prijs kwaliteit .... tja

Sep 27,2021Brought the tent for out 15 foot pool and was impressed at first despite some of the poles being damaged. We gave subsequently been receiving letters from a collections agency regarding payment of import charges that Sunny Tents should have covered. No help from customer service what so ever and it's become a huge stress. I've seen them reply to some reviews claiming it was "an error they are trying to solve" DO NOT believe it as its completely different to what they told us. SHOCKING, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

U tube video instructions a bit of a pain as we had to keep rewinding ... totally fed up of hearing the song "Sunny" !! But that's the only niggle 😁

Sep 15,2021Same theme as others. Great tent, heats and protects water really well. But we too have been landed with a £100 bill from FedEx for Import Fees. Sunnytent say its an error on FedEx part and it will be sorted. It hasnt. Control Account chasing me for the money and Sunnytent telling me not to pay it. This needs addressing immediately Sunnytent - you need to reimburse out of pocket customers who chose to sette the invoice and seek to obtain the refund yourself from FedEx. Customers are not at fault here.

Sep 09,2021Extremely upset as I keep getting letters from Control Account for TNT/FEDEX for duty and vat fees, I have received another letter today saying if I dont pay within 14 days they will proceed with litigation and CCJ ...Sunnytent you need to sort this now.You say you have paid the fees but after phoning The Control Account they say you have not.This has been a terrible experience and very stressful....But I have to say I am very happy with the sunnytent

Sep 08,2021Product is fantastic and it came very quickly, but i'm another that has been hit with a letter from fedex for the import fees and now (seeing as i was told to ignore it by Cleona @ sunnytent) it's now with debt collectors. To their credit, Sunnytent are attempting to deal with this... i just hope the resolution is quick to arrive!

Aug 26,2021Très bon achat, montage avec le nouveau système de tube assez compliqué car plus difficile . Montage deux bonnes heures à deux! Très bon résultat. Ouverture fermeture du dôme plus difficile avec les arceaux de renfort (vent) mais reste intéressant. Nous allons tester la sunnytente ce mois de septembre et peut être l'hiver! Infos après l'hiver.....

Aug 26,2021Les barres transverses à l'intérieur auraient dû être pensé comme pour les tentes avec un élastique dedans. Ou alors avec un système gonflable comme les voiles de winsurf. Les fixations au sol sont merdiques et se défont des qu'il y a du vent. Faire des aérations pour permettre aux insectes pris aux piège de s'échapper.

Aug 26,2021J'ai acheté le modèle xl car j'ai une piscine de 5,5m. Malheureusement je suis plutôt déçu par cette tente, je pense que la fiabilité est impossible sur un modèle de cette taille. En effet les arceaux sont tellement longs qu'arc central est obligatoire pour éviter l'affaissement (heureusement fourni pour les XL). Hors cet arc central est beaucoup trop souple, il n'est consolidé que grâce à 2 petites attaches en plastique qui ne tiennent absolument pas. De ce fait je suis obligé de le maintenir avec 2 gros tendeurs sur la tubulure de la piscine. De plus la déformation de la tente lors de la fermeture exerce une pression trop forte sur les jointure en plastique des arceaux qui la compose. Résultat j'en ai déjà un de cassé , heureusement il en avait un en trop... C'est vraiment dommage car ce produit est basé sur une bonne idée mais qui ne semble pas fiable pour des piscines de grand diamètre. Votre bureau d'étude devrait revoir certains éléments. Pour l'instant je ne pense pas que cette tente fera plus d'une saison, c'est très regrettable vu le prix... Ps: j'ai ajouté des images sur ma review du produit en anglais.
