Dec 31,2024Definitely do not use the one in Carrollton. They like to make jokes about the KKK and think it's funny; even with customers in the office. Customers and staff…birds of feather flock together. They keep your credit card numbers written down on pieces of paper in their desk drawers. Of course nobody will admit to these fraudulent practices. They bring their kids to work and have them running all around the office like they don't have any home training. However, I guess when DFACS is involved, you can’t discipline your kids so all you can do is let them run around. They will contact you through social media (especially Facebook) about your payments; despite that going against company policy (read the other reviews… scroll down). They want to make it seem like they are doing big numbers and people are just happily paying. It's borderline harassment. Their attire is atrocious for a business. They like to wear leggings and clothes that are too small. They can't help their bad body shapes, but they could definitely dress like they are running a business. They look sloppy and unkempt. Like the rolled out of bed and just said oh I’ll throw this on…as long as I’m covered it should be fine. Do not do business with these miserable ladies. Check out 1st Franklin, Lendmark, Carroll Finance, or Security Finance.

Aug 20,2024The place will get you approved if you really need the cash right away, but the interest rates there are so outrageous. I got approved for $700 on July 26, 2024. I only left the place with $689.72. My loan contract was for 10 payments of $125 a month and if I went the term of the contract I would have paid them back $1250.00 for just $689.00. But I paid it off before the first payment was due on the 1st of September, but still ended up paying them $959.72. So I asked how is it that if I would have just went the term of the contract I would have paid $1250, but I paid it off not even a month after I got it and still ended up paying them $959, just $290 shay of what the whole loan term would be. All they could tell me was that they are a high risk high interest loan place. I would advise asking all these questions before taking out a loan with this company.

Aug 07,2024The worst loan company ever!!! Staff are very rude employee told me that I needed to go borrow from someone to pay them and a few other rude words she said and kept calling after I told her when I could pay I do not recommend them to anyone and I will never be using them again!!😡
