Sep 14,2021I spoke with a rep from there last Friday morning regarding a loan. I called on my lunch break and was told to call back due to someone being out of the office. I called back 30 minutes later and asked to speak with someone to complete my application. This is how the conversation went" Hi im calling back to complete my application. The rep:" *Sighs loudly * when did you fill out your application love?" Me: click That was so rude. I get that im asking for a service but that was extremely rude.
