Sunshine Health will help you to achieve and maintain your optimum level of health and wellbeing. Using Assessment Led Bowen to pinpoint the area of dysfunction, then working to achieve symmetry within the body and remove pain and restriction.
In addition to these therapies, I have completed a diploma in nutrition and a certificate in essential raw plant-based cuisine, so I am able to advise on basic nutrition and dietary changes for optimising health.
I chose the name ‘Sunshine Health’ after one of my patients came in and told me ‘Bowen really is a ray of sunshine’. It’s wonderful to know that Bowen can really make a difference when all else has failed… and even when it hasn’t!

Jun 02,2024My daughter had unexplained elbow pain. As a competitive swimmer she needed this treating asap. Zoe was understanding and very knowledgeable and particularly patient with our teenager. After only a couple of sessions the pain had completely gone. We had never heard of Bowen therapy but we were amazed with effectiveness of the treatment.

Speeding up my recovery and like anything, it’s not just about fixing the injury but the body and mind too. She’s done that. I would recommend Zoe wholeheartedly.

Zoe's holistic approach to treatment means that she gets to the root of the problem and treats that, rather than some treatments where it is just the symptom that is addressed. Zoe is both professional and personable, her kind and open approach during an appointment puts you at ease immediately. I noticed a difference after the first session with Zoe, I cannot recommend Bowen with Zoe highly enough.

Oct 31,2022Zoe @ Sunshine Health changed my families life. In 2006 my 2 year old son was unable to walk. We were worried. We sought medical help from paediatricians. They could not explain what was wrong! I took Jake to see Zoe, knowing nothing about Bowen but we were desperate and willing to try anything. Jake had 3 sessions with Zoe and 3 days after his third session he got up and walked. To us as a family this was nothing short of a miracle. It was amazing and I can’t thank Zoe enough for changing our lives. I was so taken with Bowen and the power it has from such gentle touch, in 2009 I trained in Bowen, I wanted to give back to the world what Bowen and Zoe had given us. I still see Zoe for my Bowen so that I can lead a full and active life. I know without it, it would be a different story.

Oct 31,2022Wow! I think Zoe must have magical healing hands! I have been in pain for weeks with my hip, back & knee….reaching my wits end last night in this heat. Had my first Bowen session this morning and it was like nothing I bad experienced before. I could literally feel the pain & discomfort moving slowly throughout the session & actually radiating outwards - realising after it was moving out of my body. When I stood up I felt such relief and when I walked, a sense of balance in my back & pelvis - and body as a whole! I only wish I had tried this before. Feeling amazing already! Sep 27,2024I have been seeing Zoë for Bowen therapy for arthritis and fibromyalgia. She is very knowledgeable, supportive and calming, explaining the therapy and also giving advice on nutrition, exercise and rest to help with both conditions. She takes detailed notes which are updated at each session. I have seen such an improvement in my symptoms and my general state of mind and I will definitely go back for maintenance treatments.
