Dec 31,2023The Triton shower i bought is only meant for the Irish market and therefore comes with no guarantee. During installation by a professional the plumber noticed the shower was not producing any hot water and expected the heating element was broken. After calling Triton UK they told me that only their company sell the UK version of this shower and the one i bought has different wiring and meant only for the Irish market. Not only did "Super Phone Deals" sell me a faulty shower but one that is not even meant for the UK market. I will not be using this company again.
