Aug 13,2023I ordered the phone one day and it was delivered, free by special delivery, the next. Totally genuine Samsung phone, approx £160 cheaper then anywhere else. I believe the phone is region locked but so far the only thing that has stopped me doing appears to be Samsung pay. I always use google pay so not an issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Jul 08,2023First my 24 hour delivery didn’t arrive for 10 days and after I found out that the phone didn’t have contactless pay facility on it which it is stated to have. I have emailed 5 times now asking for an exchange or a refund and nobody has returned any of my emails. Very disappointing.
