Dec 15,2024I'm sorry but these are really really poor quality. I brought two pairs which were not cheap! The colour has all leaked making the white look grey. They are also cut into a really funny shape, not even looking like a sock! Disappointed!! Don't think I can hand that over as a gift!

Dec 14,2024I placed a big order (£100+) of customised socks with all of my family members faces on it but unfortunately they all arrived not as shown. Some faces on the socks were completely cut off or sewn in a way that they are not visible. I gave them a heads up about it but the order still arrived faulty. Now it's been 5 days and we are getting super close to Christmas and I haven't heard back from anyone in the customer service. I am leaving the country to see my family abroad in one week and now I don't expect the issue to rectified in time. I have to scramble for new gifts. My order number 244420 if you fancy looking into this matter, although time is running out.

Dec 13,2024Got the image all wrong. they emailed to say they could rectify. I replied that's good but need delivery by 11th December. That passed and complete silence from them and no offer of a refund
