Dec 08,2024Im really disheartened to have to write a bad review. I ordered from super socks before and had the graduation socks for my fiancés niece and they were amazing. I ordered again as my brother graduated on the 6th of December and thought it would be a great fun gift. I placed my order on the 25th with the photo and graduation date in the notes. They came on the 29th with no cap on his head and the complete wrong date. I emailed the same day but didnt get a reply until the 2nd of December. I stressed i needed them the latest the 6th as this was his graduation. He doesnt live local to me and we were seeing him. So far the parcel hasnt arrived and no ones reached out to say they have been dispatched. When they do come im now going to have to pay to send them to the other side of the country. I wont be ordering again real shame.

Dec 07,2024On the website it states delivery in 5 working days, but then at the moment of paying it changes to 10, and still not sure as I didn’t receive it yet

Dec 07,2024Quality is ok. Price was same as competitors but I didnt take into account import taxes (37.5€). These import issues are also the reason that it took long to be delivered (2 weeks). I wish this was stated more clearly on their side. So no remarks on product , just brexit was not a good idea

Dec 06,2024Really disappointed in this company. Requested the 3 working day delivery and they didn’t deliver on this promise. They want dispatched until a whole week after I ordered. No mention of refunding my delivery back to me since they didn’t deliver on their promise. Still awaiting for them to come but so disappointed on how I’ve been treated,

Dec 06,2024Ordered the Norwich City socks and although came fairly quickly, the material quality was awful. Also the ink on the white parts of the socks caused green smudges down the sides so looked very cheap, despite costing £20. Was hoping to order several pairs for family members but quality not good enough which is a shame.

Dec 04,2024The printing looked nothing like the proofs. Replacements possibly sent out but it was a while ago so I'm not sure I'll get anything. Delivery takes a long time.

Dec 09,2024I still do not have my order from the 21st November, absolutely appalling customer service. Website states they will respond within 12 hours… more like 12 days!! I was offered a replacement or refund last week, I replied and still don’t have a replacement. Avoid and keep your money!!!
