I received my prescription eyeglass and the lens is does not match up with my prescription. I have contacted customer service but have not received a response.

Delivery was slow and the glasses cases were cheap, just a small cloth bag. The microfiber cloth wasn't of good quality either. Too much advertising on the cloth to make it useful. The glasses were good which is what matters anyway.
