Feb 20,2025Swoop was great at trip organization and pre trip information. Each and every component of our somewhat complicated trip was planned exactly and each worked perfectly over the three week , two city, three country and 2 continent trip. Communication with our trip planner was easy and informative. In my estimation it helped that she had experienced the same travel itinerary as we had. She sensed exactly what our needs were with trip arrangements and hotel and cruise company choices.

Feb 18,2025Everything was above expectations. The ship was wonderful. Cabins had lots of storage and hangers for all our belongings. Bed was very comfortable. The gentleman “Rolando” taking care of our cabin always went above and beyond. The staff from captain to the gentleman I met in charge of water purification were professional, educated and so friendly. Jennifer had some mobility issues getting on and off the zodiacs at the ship and shore. Everyone was so helpful. They all sort of adopted Jennifer in talking care of her to enjoy the expedition. The expedition team were all the best in every aspect. The bartenders, waiters and waitresses were friendly and efficient. The captain and all of his team were so friendly and easy to talk to. The chef and his staff provided an abundance of delicious food with a great variance. So you don’t think everything was perfect the last night on the buffet was the worst piece of steak I have ever tried to eat. Pretty little complaint for a perfect experience of Antarctica.

Jan 28,2025SWOOP is the best. Their attention to detail and follow-up on my recent trip to Antartica was above and beyond what one would expect. The pre-trip informatiion was so informative. Any questions were answered promptly and efficiently. They were always available. This was a very big adventure for me ( my 7th continent) and they really went out of their way to enhance the experience! Highly recommend them!

Jan 27,2025Swoop is very knowledgeable about the companies and ships they deal with, mainly because their team of advisors and coordinators have traveled with these very same companies/ships, to experience them firsthand in order to give sound advice. They listened to the type of trip we wanted, and matched us with a great company (Oceanwide) and wonderful ship (Hondius and it's team). We highly recommend them.

Also the contact/phone call was great because it allowed us to have a dialogue and questions answered about the ins and outs of taking this type of trip. Our affirmative decision to go was based on that. Once we registered, Swoop created an 'Adventure Planner' with plenty of the information of everything that we needed for the this voyage... step by step. (ie. insurance, recommended clothing, details of the ship, IATTO videos explaining protecting Antarctica, etc) The Swoop staff assigned to us for further information and questions were very prompt in responding. All aspects of the staff were of the highest quality. Including traveling on 'Seaventure' with Polar Latitudes. The ship, the Captain, the staff, the sea crew were exemplary! The airline lost my luggage’s and delayed my flights to the point I barely made it to town in time to board the ship. Swoop worked with me to get the gear rental company to have everything ready in my room when I arrived at the last minute. Turned a near disaster into an amazing trip.

She helped us choose a boat and itinerary that was perfect for what we wanted. Once we had booked, Ale was helpful in answering all of our pre-cruise questions. Highly recommended!
