May 15,2023Tag Estate Services have done two jobs for us, a single storey side and rear extension first, then we asked them to come back to fit some composite decking and a bespoke pergola. We contacted several companies for quotes on the extension job, some just rocked up without any background, but Tag turned up with a file on our property and had clearly looked into it before arriving, which gave us far more confidence in them that they would be this thorough throughout any work. The build was not straightforward but Phil and the team navigated the obstacles brilliantly and we are delighted with the final result. At each stage Tag consulted with us prior to embarking on the work to ensure they were building what we envisaged. Phil has excellent attention to detail, superb problem-solving skills and great pride in the finished product. He listens carefully to the client's needs and offers his knowledge and advice to help best deliver the desired results. Tag Estate Services have gone above and beyond what we've asked for on both jobs with a personal touch that we found welcoming and reassuring and ultimately have helped us create a home we feel is 'ours' and we can grow into. We would not hesitate in recommending Tag Estate Services.

Jan 20,2023TAG Estate Services have been a pleasure to employ. The response to my enquiry was very prompt and communication excellent. The work involved brick work, roof tiling, replacing roof timbers, plumbing and electrics. Phil worked incredibly hard (in bad weather conditions), was always conscientious, explaining what and why he was doing things, always providing solutions with a 'can do' attitude. The TAG Electrician was similarly excellent. Highly recommended.

Nov 13,2022TAG Estates Services undertook a full remodelling of our ground floor including a single storey extension. Phil West managed the entire project brilliantly from start to finish, he was on site every day (apart from those days he pre-warned us about) and was always keen to chat and explain what progress had been made that day and the plan for the following day. This personal service took away a great deal of the usual stresses and worries of such a large undertaking. TAG dealt with all building regulations and planning applications on our behalf, sourced the right materials at the right time and have done a magnificent job. We are very pleased with the end result and highly recommend TAG Estate Services to anyone looking to make improvements to their home or office.

Phil was incredibly professional, caring, understanding, and was not going to leave any part of the job unattended to. He went out of his way and went over and beyond the works that he was only booked to do! I could not thank him enough for doing such a fantastic job. Highly recommended, and I would not hesitate for Tag Estate Services to carry out any other works on my house!

The detailed quote was explained to me so I knew what was included and therefore no”extras” to pay out for. The communication was excellent and time keeping considerate and reliable. I can’t recommended Phil and his team enough they have done an outstanding job with high quality workmanship in a good timescale.
