I've been order for 7 years. Their turn around time is excellent. The website is accurate and easily navigable (even more so since the updates). I've had a couple minor issues that Art, the customer service manager, was quick to address. Thanks for the years of reliable service Tan's club.

The bandanas are going to an orphanage in Haiti. The cost was reasonable; this is the second year I have ordered, and the website is easy for a non-technical person, like me, to navigate. The shipment was prompt with a notation of a slight delay, which was helpful as they are being shipped to the person who started the orphanage. Very well done.

When one of our "Easter trail magic on the Appalachian Trail" group members was unable to participate any longer, she sent me one of her previous Tan's Club invoices from which to order. I ordered 13 dozen bandanas and they were shipped that day, NOT my usual online ordering experience. I had made a notation that request a timely delivery, but WOW! Six stars in my book.

I do not have the items. Your delivery method has not delivered, as a matter of fact at least 1 of the supposed times it was attempted to delivery there were myself and 4 other people in the office. I have finally been able to supposedly arrange an alternate delivery site but have not been notified when I can get it at that site.

This was my very first stamp creation. Amazing! I tested my stamp and it was perfection-exactly as submitted. The lettering and graphic have very sharp edges and are very readable.

Hey Don't keep website up to date on product, you order product just to get told days later we can't get what you ordered after setting up embroidery for the product.
