After having trouble getting in touch with someone on the telephone, Art emailed me and was FANTASTIC over the next several days, assisting me with the shipping issue, re-shipping stock and dealing with FedEx, and ultimately, charging me for the second shipment, upon my request. I Had Ordered 70 Purple Bandanas for my project, 64 was sent. I counted and recounted 5 times, each time,64 Bandanas. They ran a investigation, they claim 70 was sent as ordered. Will not be using this company for my projects.
