Dec 17,2024I placed the order on December 5th. Then, I found out it takes three weeks minimum to receive the order. All shipping originates in China. I was also under the assumption this was made in Scotland. This has nothing to do with the quality. I will not know until I receive the product. Processing: 5-7 business days Shipping: 15-20 business days

Dec 17,2024I ordered a Jeff hat as a gift for my husband. It was supposed to be his tartan. What I received was something that looks like it should be a cosplay item. It is actually shiny and it says it is 100% polyester. There is nothing on their site that says the hat is 100% polyester. It so ugly and I am beyond disappointed with the item. I wrote to Tartan Vibes and demanded a refund and a return label, but they offered me 40% off of my purchase and then a second time they offered me 70% off, but by that time, I had already contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge (which was from Hong Kong BTW) Needless to say I do NOT recommend this company!

Dec 13,2024Did not honor emailed discount codes on purchase. Ordered 10 sweatshirts for a family vacation and the quality was not premium as advertised. The fabric was very thin and the lining also paper thin. They were shipped from china and smelled strongly of chemicals.

Dec 09,2024I think the reviews below are written by either staff, AI bots or people who don’t know how to make sentences. Why? Because they make no sense and incorrect. Item received was not what was expected. No label, sleeves are too short. Stitching not great and leftover threads. The material is also terrible it’s shinny and pretty sure flammable. I contacted for a refund and to return within the 30 days 3 times and no response. I’ll need to seek a refund through my bank. I will not pay for the item this terrible. Disappointed in this buying experience.
