Jun 14,2024Trying to return aa shirt ..they say they"welcome returns if not satisified". I'm definitely not satisfied. First the fabric is cheap flimsy polyester and for $59 I'd hope for better. I check size chart before ordering shirt for spouse but it dosent fit comfortably . Shoulders and upper arms are very tight. I had to send pictures with a tape measure on the shirt and also of tag to document the problem. And they claim the fabric is good quality. ..well, it's garbage polyester. I've been a seamstress for 55 years and know fabric. This is not clothing quality. After back and forth they will refund me 50% and I keep this piece of junk or I can send it back( at my expense) and they will keep 30% of my $ for their handling . NEVER BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. VERY POOR QUALITY AND POOR SERVICE. Have submitted to paypal to resolve.

Mar 29,2024This company is ridiculous. I have paid over $50 for a shirt that is not worth a dollar. The quality is horrible, the seams are terrible, and the fabric is cheaper than the dollar tree tablecloths. The awful customer service keeps asking for more measurements and making excuses for why the previous ones I have sent, won't work... This is the worst experience I have ever had with any online retailer.

Mar 15,2024This is a spam website. I ordered a supposedly $56 dollar casual woman’s shirt and it is less quality than a plastic shirt from SHEIN. It is barely worth $3, not even close to $55. This is absolutely a spam site; I have no idea how it got good reviews here.

Mar 15,2024Tartan Vibes will not accept a return, even if I paid the shipping! The shirt sizing chart is misleading. It shows the measurements of the shirt, not the size that fits your measurements. Their large shirt's chest size measures 44" but if your chest is 44" you need an XL.

Mar 09,2024This is a scam website and I’ve reported them to my bank and the FBI. They’re advertising on the website is not what you will receive. Their items are extremely low quality. They are NOT located in Europe. I asked for a refund and they agreed to it but refused to provide me with what I needed to facilitate the refund and then just stopped responded to my emails when I tried to find a resolution for sending me the wrong item and the item I received was not as advertised . And they told me to ship the item to: Willy Smith 1, TM.26 Street 1, Phuoc Long B, District 9 Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh, 71210, Vietnam +84 963588235 This is not a business and is not in Europe. This is a scam!

Dec 30,2023The shipment took an exceptionally long time direct from China. The sizing chart was inaccurate and I am not impressed with the quality of the items. The refund policy is not good. Very dissappointed that Trustpilot gave this company a high score. I would not have purchased from them if the review was more accurate. Will not be shopping Tartanvibes again.

Dec 29,2023I ordered a shirt from them using their sizing chart. The shirt wouldn’t even button on me and the sleeves were way too tight. I asked them to refund my money. They made me send them 3 sets of pictures and finally they determined that they sent me the correct size. They said they would give me $30 to go towards a larger size. I paid $57.99 for this shirt. I will never order from them again! Buyer beware!
