I purchased a front door set that only had the outside items; I called for help and was told that the rest of the inside lock set will be back ordered for months. It would have been nice to know that before I ordered. Now I have to pay a restocking fee when I send the items back plus freight?

Sep 26,2023Initial shipment was partial and without notice that it was incomplete. I waited 3 months for final shipment. After multiple reach outs for shipment details, I was provided 3 estimated shipment dates, none of which were met. Finally, I requested cancellation of order on a Friday, 3 months after initial order, only to receive an email the following Monday, that the shipment was sent. Unbelievable amount of wasted time and effort in my part.

Sep 08,2023Update: As I mentioned in the earlier review, I was promised a refund if I send back the lock that did not work. It's been almost three months and the UPS tracking showed the return was received. However I haven't seen the refund. Nov. 10, 2023. ----------- I had to order a deadlock for the patio metal door, which is rare to find online. I found one on Taylor's Security & Lock's website and ordered it. However, I ordered a very similar but wrong product. To find the right one, a customer service representative took the time to research and called me back with information about the correct product. A sales representative promptly offered to refund the wrong product and sent me a shipping label. The level of person-to-person communication/service is rare nowadays. Taylor Security & Locks is definitely a rare find.
