Mar 22,2024They keep a record of my past purchase. When I needed new keys, it was a simple matter if telling them which locks I got when I got them. Just like it worked in the neighborhood hardware store in 1949; back when life really DID work that way once in a while. It ain't Amazon or Walmart, but it works.
