It would have been a better experience, if you did not have to pay for shipping which was expensive, I would have liked additional options for shipping to lower my total cost of this purchase.

Good communication and friendly service. I did get the 2 locks as I've used the same ones, keyed a like for decades. Taylor was the only company that conveyed that they were discontinued. I needed to know that so I could shop around, realizing it was now or never. You get knowledgeable people at Taylor. That's the importance of Taylor to me.
