Feb 02,2023The strike plates I ordered were supposed to include mounting screws but none came with the shipment. When I contacted Jose in Sales, he checked with the warehouse and they discovered none of their supplies had the mounting screws. Jose offered me a full refund for my order which I greatly appreciated. But I still had to go to Home Depot to find the screws. I suppose this can happen in a large warehouse distribution center. So 5 stars for customer service, 3 stars for product satisfaction.
