Crafted from premium vegan leather and upholstery fabric, Taylor & Tails sustainably made dog beds are manufactured using easy-clean technology, with a water, dirt and scratch-resistant nano-particle finish. To reduce waste, these orthopaedic dog beds use shredded memory foam offcuts from human mattress production and are designed to last for many years, reducing their environmental impact and providing exceptional ongoing comfort for your pet.

It's very sturdy, easy to clean and it looks stylish in my living room. It's perfect for my two labradors and there's enough room for them both. I'd recommend the company and the product.

Oct 14,2024You cannot go wrong buying your dog bed from Taylor and Tails, our chocolate labrador loves the bed . The quality is the best I have seen , took me a long time to find the right bed for my boy who has a few problems with joints at 12.5 yrs old. We did have a small problem a few weeks after purchasing the bed, the inner cover developed a small split where stitching had come undone near the zip, Linda from customer services was very quick to respond to my email , the inner cover was replaced plus as an apology a new outer cover was sent to us for free. Amazing customer service, well done Taylor and Tails . Thank you.

Jun 02,2024I have had a Kuno Dog Mattress from T&T for about 6 months now and I can honestly say it is excellent quality, my dog loves it and she seems to be super comfortable with the mattress retaining its support and shape the whole time. I was looking for a good quality mattress with plenty of support for her advancing years and this is perfect for her. When I first enquired about the product, Robert took the time to explain over the phone about the mattresses and the company and I decided to order one online. There was a slight mix-up with the order and the delivery but the prompt communication and service provided by Linda and Robert to rectify the situation was outstanding and they went above and beyond to ensure I received the mattress I wanted with no additional issues. I can highly recommend the quality of the product and the service provided was first class. Apologies for taking so long to leave this review but many thanks to T&T for everything and I would certainly buy from them again. Best wishes, Steve J.

Mar 28,2024I don't think 5 stars are enough. I have two dogs, and one has chronic back pain. After purchasing two supposedly orthopedic beds online, which turned out to be compressed, flimsy sponge beds despite their high price tags, I was incredibly disappointed and vowed not to buy anything online again. However, during a stay at 1 Hotels, my dogs instantly fell in love with the amazing vegan leather bed provided, and upon inspection, the quality was exceptional. Despite already spending a significant amount, I knew I had to invest in Taylor and Tails bed. Although I initially intended to use Klarna due to my recent expenses, I ended up paying the full amount. Despite this, their immediate response and willingness to rectify the situation, coupled with the extra mattress covers they sent, left me feeling incredibly grateful. I cannot thank them enough. Their beds are worth every penny, and it's an investment I wish I had made sooner, especially for a dog with back pain. Thank you again ❤️❤️."

Taylor and Tails contacted me with a delivery date, and apologised that they couldn’t deliver prior to Christmas. Customer service was perfect and the product was delivered as promised. Aug 11,2023The bed is so beautiful, very well made and easy to simply wipe clean which means you don’t have to wash it frequently which is great for the planet! I cannot praise the customer service enough. My dog was a bit hesitant with the new bed he is fussy when it comes to change. Linda was amazing she was so reassuring and gave me great advice on how to help him adapt to his new bed. I followed everything she said and it worked like a charm. He now loves it so much and sleeps so comfortably. My dog is also an older dog with arthritis. He used to randomly jump out his old bed due to pressure on his joints when he was sleeping. He has never done this in his new bed as it’s orthopaedic it’s very comfortable for his joints, money well spent! I am looking forward to what new products this brand will come out with as I will surely be purchasing it! ( hopefully a cushion or blanket) 🤞

The bed is robust, weighty, very well made; tailored with upholstery materials and faux leather surround, non skid bottom, cover removable for washing with carry handle. Memory foam is very comfortable, supports and surrounds my dog, who loves her new bed. Overall, excellent buy, looks good in the home, well made, sturdy and a must for all dogs, especially with aches and pains. They spend a good amount of time on their beds, so I thought that I may as well buy a good bed and I am very pleased, as is my girl. Definitely would recommend.

Jul 04,2023It's coming up to a year since Bacchus my English Setter arrived from Italy as a rescued stray and since then, he hasn't had his own dog bed - just the hand-me-downs of his predecessors. To rectify this, I treated him to a lovely new Barry nest dog bed from Stamford-based Taylor & Tails. It was chosen to match his Orange Belton colouring and because he likes beds with sides so he has something to rest his head on. He absolutely adores it - so much so that it's quite difficult to get him out of it because he finds it so comfortable. It seems extremely well-made and durable, and looks very stylish and luxurious. Thoroughly recommended, not just by me but by Bacchus the very fussy English Setter too.
