Dec 18,2023I recently purchased a laptop with the expectation of next-day delivery and a hassle-free return policy. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed twice, leading me to pick it up from a location. The laptop was faulty, unable to power on. Returning it required a one-hour drive to a UPS point at my expense. Despite UPS confirming the timely delivery, the refund process was prolonged, and I received less than the full repayment. Overall, a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

Jan 23,2025AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Seller sold me a £500 STOLEN laptop. Device was enrolled to Microsoft device management (device arrived already set up. I suspect to avoid me seeing this screen). When I questioned the seller on this, instead of taking steps to verify the legitimacy of the laptop, sent me script to bypass a security screen. Having spoken to the legitimate owner, I have had to return the laptop to the legitimate owner and open a case with eBay.
