Feb 14,2020Product arrived within 2 days and all seems to work fine. Nothing much else to say, other than I would have preferred a courier service other than UPS. Not so good for consumer delivery. Once the parcel has left the depot there is no tracking, and so you don't get any kind of estimated time slot other than by end of day & so you have to wait in all day. You can't even pop out for 15 mins in case you miss it. I nearly dropped a star for that! This is a little out of date & there are better services in 2020. A click & collect option would be a real plus. The message that says "your product has been dispatched" really means someone printed the label! UPS pick-up was next morning.

Feb 13,2020I made my decision to purchase a laptop at the weekend, I had a couple of questions which were answered promptly and accurately. I placed the order and then at the 11th hour asked them to include a docking station which they did. The order arrived a couple of days later in good condition and was exactly as described VERY satisfied. UPS as a courier though seemed a little lacking, the delivery worked fine but I've seen better systems in use by other couriers; UPS don't give you a delivery time frame except to say 'by the end of the day' .... not very helpful in this day and age! But again Techno Systems MC get 5+ stars from me. Thanks guys.

Feb 07,2020Used 840 laptop, sold as A+ , no significant marks . Lap top is good but the touch pad is well worn ,showing white plastic though return button. The rest is good .Not A+ . but does all work and a good laptop for the money.

Jan 15,2020From my initial phone enquiry to the delivery I cannot fault the service. The HP EliteBook 840 G4 arrived very well wrapped on the day I requested. I knew I would be out if the laptop had been dispatched immediately so I arranged for the dispatch to be delayed for a day. I was kept informed at all times as to the status of my order. The laptop was described as A+ condition and it is immaculate with no sign of it ever having been used. Thank you Technosystems, I hope you continue to maintain such a high standard. I was a little nervous about using this company because I had a very poor experience recently with another company. I would recommend Technosystems based on my positive experience.
