First time I have used this company. In fact it is the first time I have bought a S/H re-conditioned computer. The machine was offered as A+ and I have to say it looks nearly new and operates exactly as it should (so far!). I particularly wanted a machine with a VGA port and a webcam and this one fitted the bill perfectly. It arrived on the stated day with no problems at all.

A great company. I bought a used laptop which looks and performs like new at a fantastic price. The only negative is the use of UPS as a delivery service. For many with bad experience of UPS this could be a deal breaker (note their 92% 1 star reviews) The choice of an alternative (at extra cost) would be welcome. Mariusz responds rapidly and helpfully to email enquiries and managed to sort out the delivery at the second attempt- which is a first for any company using UPS to deliver to me here in the past 5 years! I would be very happy to deal with Techno Systems MC again.

Really great company. I wanted a top spec laptop to last me a few years for work purposes, but didnt want to pay a high price for it. I got a really good HP Probook, its fast and really easy to use. I didnt realise that it came with a Danish Keyboard, although it was clearly in the description, I just didnt see it. A couple of keys then stopped working, and I contacted Technosystems who immediately advised me the laptop was in warranty and the keyboard could be changed under warranty. He arranged the ticket for me and within 2 days I had a new working English Keyboard. I would highly recommend this company. Great products at a very reasonable price, and wonderful after sales customer service.
