Always great service, now my first choice for thoughtful and unusual gifts. They sell some lovely things, easy to order and delivery is always quick. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I can understand why this company has such a good reputation. Their website is easy to navigate and has a wide range of gifts at reasonable prices. But what I like most about Temptation Gifts, is the ‘old school’ reliable, professional, customer service. Just brilliant!

I ordered a matrix Illuma-lid. It was stated that the diameter was 9cm, great this was the exact measurement that I required. Infact when I received my order it was 8.5cm. If I had known this I would not have ordered the item. It's very misleading to advertise one measurement then receive something else. The delivery came earlier than expected. The packaging was totally unnecessary, a large box for such a small item. A much smaller box or an envelope would have sufficed. The Illuma-lid is well made and it is beautiful but it's not as advertised.

I have had an account with Temptation gifts for a while now buying regular Christmas mugs, plates and Dunoon mugs and have no complaints with their delivery or packaging service. I recently had cause to write to them about a Dunoon Shalimar mug which I had purchased in 2018. I have bought several of these mugs and have had no problems at all. I sent and email of photographs to customer service and was told in no uncertain terms their conditions of sale and service which meant that after 90 days it could not be refunded or replaced. I understand all this but I was surprised and disappointed at their total lack of goodwill towards a returning customer. Any small gesture of goodwill would have been gratefully received and it was assumed it was my fault - beware purchasers -Dunoon recommends a teaspoon in the cup before pouring on hot liquids! This instruction never came with the mugs! As a consequence of their tone and actions, I will not buy from Temptation Gifts again. Despite repeating themselves in response to this review - it is their lack of goodwill to a long standing, repeat customer, not the terms of service that has caused me to write this.

Ordered from temptation gifts, one item arrived slightly damaged so I emailed customer service asking for a replacement. They responded the same day and had a replacement sent with express delivery the same day, they were very apologetic! Brilliant customer service, thank you!

Good company but... my only bugbear is that after I ordered within 12 hours a discount went on the items I had ordered, I asked if there was any chance I could be reimbursed the difference seen as the items hadn’t been dispatched yet and they were now lower. It was a no, and I would have to return at my own cost and re-order. I know they don’t have to, but most places would do so for customer satisfaction - but you win some you lose some and the overall is a positive and the items are well packaged and lovely, a good choice of items too.

I bought 2 yankee candle christmas calendars that made the order exceptionally large and they sent me an email being so respectful and kind even though I made a trouble some order, they answered within the next and it was all resolved in a matter of a day. Much props to these guys, love em. <3

Brilliant company to deal with. Received my order well packaged and promptly. Had a problem with one item and contacted them. In less than 24 hours I received a reply and 24 hours later I received a replacement. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend.

Fantastic! I ordered a bag from Temptation Gifts on the 2nd October and it arrived today (5th October) beautifully packaged. I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend them :)

Have ordered from Temptation Gifts for several years. My latest order was three Woodwick candles but when they arrived two of them were smashed.I had a reply to my email in one hour and replacement candles arrived in two days! Outstanding service. A lot of companies could learn a thing or two about customer service and satisfaction from Temptation Gifts.

I love my yankee candle centerpiece. My mum has 3 of them and she ordered it for me. I love the fact that it has a timer on it and I can put it on and go out without worrying but my house smells lovely when I get back home again

Really impressed. Great customer service - I didn’t enter part of a personalised message and they got in touch with me to explain exactly what it was going to look like and to helped me to make one rather than just processing the order with a poor result. The gift was delivered quickly and is going to be a gorgeous gift for my niece. Thanks so much temptation gifts!
