Aug 13,2014They send you a coupon for 10% off your next order. When you try to redeem that coupon it will not work. After emailing the customer services to ask for a coupon code that works you will get told that the coupon you are trying to use is not redeemable for that particular item. NOWHERE on the coupon does it say "restrictions or exceptions apply." It says get 10% off your next order, NOT "on selected lines only." When you email them to complain they ignore your emails... which to me is rude and ignorant. There are plenty of other companies selling these sort of gifts so I won't be using this company again. A poor way to treat returning customers indeed!

Aug 13,2014Hi I have used this site to send goods abroad on more than one occasion and have to post another review to say the service is exceptional. They are one of the few Companies who will undertake to send goods abroad. I ordered some Dunoon mugs to go to Australia and have had fantastic service. The mugs arrived quickly and were expertly packed. Special mention to Warren from Customer services, his prompt reply to my questions ( on a Sunday) was exceptional. As they live in Brighton, this was a perfect gift, as it reflected the real life row of beach huts on the prom! She is delighted with it and intends to use it for beach picnics! Can't wait to be Tempted again!!

Aug 07,2014I ordered some Emma Bridgewater Gifts as a thank you for my sister, I rang Temptations first to check the items were in stock & a very helpful lady answered immediately.I then placed my order on the internet,delivery was free as I had spent over £50, but I never expected my sister to receive her gifts the following morning. My sister was over the moon with her butter dish,coffee mug & jug.I would definitely recommend Temptations.

Aug 04,2014Unfortunately I can't share the same views of this company as others. I ordered a gift for a birthday on a Sunday 2 weeks before it was needed. On the Thursday after I had not yet received an email saying my order was dispatched so I chased and was told it had been sent on the Wednesday and I should have it in 3 to 5 working days. The order did not arrive so on the 7th working day I chased again, my address was confirmed as correct, and I was told it would be re-sent first class so still in time for when I needed it. However the birthday came and went without my gift. I now have received the order but it came without the personalised birthday message I'd requested. Totally disappointed, and probably won't use again.

Jul 27,2014I was looking for a nice gift to my mum. All cups looked really great, style and decoration is very harmonious and they look really special. I ended up ordering cups for all family and made great surprise for them. I worried a bit about delivery as cups looked really fragile, but i worried for nothing! cups were very well kept, arrived on time and perfect condition!
