Aug 21,2020Having my truck breakdown in AZ, I could not drive it back to CA. I was recommended Tempus Logix by locals. Upon initial agreement, a deposit were to be made immediately (understandable) and balance to be paid to driver. Few days later, another deposit was to be made to be able to load truck for delivery. Not a deal breaker, but not what was agreed upon initially. Overall, there was excellent communication with driver, therefore, 5 stars is well deserved. Thanks!

Aug 06,2020This was my first time buying from auction and using this transportation service. They were very understanding and communicative. Responded back to all my concerns via email very quickly. Did their best to find me a carrier and my car got here in 2 days. Would recommend it. Just have patience with them and be respectful. Respect gets respect.

Aug 02,2020We received great service from these guys. They worked with during this pandemic and the communication was good. Our cars were taken care of and delivered on time as promised. Only issue was that they couldn't take a fourth vehicle but we made outher arrangements for later and they refunded us money for that vehicle.

Jul 21,2020Excellent experience! I was worried about my move from Texas to Georgia and they made the process very simple. Prices are better than all other companies I compared quotes with, and I did some extensive research. Knocked off one star because I think they can do a better job communicating the process. It is also kind of difficult to call them with questions as it’s a generic number. They could easily fix the problem if they assign you to an agent and that agent give you a direct phone number. They also need to better explain the billing process (3 separate payments and additional fee for using credit or debit cards). All in all would definitely recommend to anyone looking to transport their vehicle !
